About the project

• Project was a slab waterproofing project in Nuwara eliya,Sri Lanka.
• Client wanted us to finish immediately within 4 days.
• Initially site was inspected and project plan has created.
• Weather forecast continuously followed.

Initial Inspection

• Dust and concrete wasts collected on the slab.
• Small cracks observed on the concrete surface.
• Construction joints were thourouly inspected.

Crack repairing

• Initially surface was cleaned and washed with high pressure and dust was completely removed by compressor.
• Observed cracks were cut by ‘T’ cut.
• QS 510 construction grout used to treat cracks.

waterproofing

• Waterproofed using QS 102.
• 8 hours kept between two coats.
• 500 m2 slab was done with 20 QS 102 buckets.
