QUICSEAL 102 is a specially formulated, cold applied, moisture-cured elastomeric polyurethane waterproof membrane. When cured, QUICSEAL 102 forms a seamless, flexible but tough waterproof membrane.

Uses

For waterproofing areas with migrant or stationary water such as:

• between slabs of parking decks, roof decks, plaza decks or courtyard areas over subterranean parking;
• inside of planter boxes;
• ground slabs prior to laying terrazzo, marble or tile floors;
• under shower pans, kitchen, laundry, bathroom floors and balconies;
• mechanical rooms, fountains, internal wet areas;
• bridges, highways;
• below-grade slabs, walls, lift pits, culverts, drains, sea-walls, dams, reservoirs, retaining walls, concrete tanks and similar areas that require superior waterproofing properties
